Located in a safe neighborhood, with beautiful views from room balcony. Staff is courteous and helpful, especially the bar and restaurant staff. Rooftop terrace offers amazing views. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Easy access to airport.

This hotel is a luxury haven, equipped with a sun terrace and sun loungers, plus a bar and lounge area to indulge in a refreshing cocktail. With Jacuzzis and massages available, guests can relax and let the hotel staff take care of them. the room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had exclusive amenities that made us feel like royalty. the location made it very convenient, close enough to visit the popular spots, yet tucked away for total tranquillity.
We did experience a minor issue with the restaurant. the menu was unimpressive, and the quality of food was not up to our expectations.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Naples, I had an unexpected surprise at the front desk. I had booked for three nights, but there seemed to be a mix-up with my reservation. Instead of being met with rudeness and inflexibility like in one of the database reviews, the staff at the front desk were very good too resolve the issue. They not only found a solution that accommodated my needs but also handled the situation with utmost professionalism and kindness.
Although there were a few shortcomings, as mentioned in some of the reviews, I still believe that the hotel offered good value for money. The amenities and services provided exceeded my expectations, making it a worthwhile experience.

We stayed in a hotel located in a quiet area with inspiring views over the bay. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was satisfactory, with a good variety of options. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city.
